Male Fertility Is Half the Equation

It’s time to stop treating it like an afterthought.

Male factors are involved in nearly half of all infertility cases. Your health matters just as much, and you deserve more than vague answers or outdated advice. We offer a clear, respectful, and whole-body approach to support male fertility.

What Can Affect Male Fertility

There’s no single reason men struggle with fertility. Sometimes it’s hormonal. Sometimes it’s environmental. And sometimes everything looks normal on paper, but conception still isn’t happening.

Here are some of the most common factors we see:

What to Expect

We start with a real conversation. No awkward exams. No pressure. No need to have it all figured out.

Together, we look at the full picture of your health, habits, and history to understand what might be affecting fertility. From there, we create a personalized plan to help improve sperm quality, balance hormones, boost energy, and reduce the stress that can weigh everything down.

The goal is simple. We want to support your body so you’re in the best position possible to grow your family.

This process is private, respectful, and focused on helping you take real steps forward.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

Fertility challenges affect both partners, and we often see the best results when we support both sides of the equation. We  work with each person individually to create the strongest possible foundation for conception.

If you’re ready to move forward, we’re here to help.

Let’s talk.

We’ll look at where things stand, what you’ve already tried, and how we can support your body and your goals, step by step.

Questions You Might Be Wondering About

We know fertility can feel overwhelming, especially when the focus is usually on women. If you're here, you probably have questions about where you fit into the process and what your next step should be. You're not alone. These are some of the most common questions we hear from men, and we're here to offer real answers and a clear path forward.

Not always. If you already have one, we’ll go over it together. If you haven’t done one yet, we can talk about whether it’s helpful based on your symptoms, history, and where you are in the process. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in.

No, we don’t put needles “in there”.

You can absolutely be supportive, and that matters more than you know. But when both partners are actively working on their health, the chances of reaching your fertility goals often improve. We don’t treat couples at the exact same time on the clock, necessarily, but we do work with each person individually.  You’re both supported in a way that fits your needs. It’s a team effort, and you’re an important part of it.

That’s exactly where a lot of people get stuck, and it’s a big part of what we’re here to help with. Labs can be helpful, and we absolutely take them into consideration. But normal doesn’t always mean optimal. If something feels off, our job is to help figure out why. We look at patterns, imbalances, and the underlying issues that often get missed. Then we create a plan to help shift things in the right direction.

Not at all. We work with men who are trying naturally, preparing for IVF or IUI, or somewhere in between.  Our goal is to help support your health, improve outcomes, and make the process feel a little more grounded, wherever you are in your journey.

Most men come in once a week for a series of treatments. This gives us time to support the body’s natural process and make adjustments as needed. The number of visits depends on your goals and where you’re starting from, but we’ll walk through that together from the beginning so you know what to expect.
