Do you accept insurance?

No. Appleton Acupuncture & Wellness is a cash-pay practice. This allows Pam to make clinical decisions based entirely on what's best for your care, not what's reimbursable. Pricing is discussed at your consultation.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Your health history, relevant lab work or imaging, and your current medication list. The more complete the picture Pam has, the more useful the consultation will be.

How long is the first appointment?

The free consultation is 30 minutes. If there is time and Pam is confident she can help, treatment may begin the same day. Plan for up to 90 minutes for your first visit.

Do you see patients outside of Appleton?

The clinic is located in Appleton but patients come from across East Central Wisconsin, and some travel from out of state specifically for scar tissue treatment and FSM.

Can I purchase the iCare device without being a patient?

Yes. The iCare device ships nationally. You do not need to be a Wisconsin patient to purchase. Visit the iCare page for details.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please call 920-460-8171 with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
