Male Factor Support

Fertility takes both partners. Studies have explored acupuncture's role in supporting sperm count, motility, and quality.

Dr. Pamela Kososki, L.Ac. at Appleton Acupuncture and Wellness

Hi, I'm Dr. Pam. You're not out of options.

If you've been trying for a while, you've probably heard "just relax" or "everything looks normal" more times than you can count. Maybe you've sat through appointments where no one looked up from the chart. I want you to hear this from me first: you are not being dramatic, your questions deserve real answers, and you have not run out of road.

I'm Dr. Pamela Kososki, and for more than 14 years I've helped women and couples across the Fox Valley on the path to a family. My job is to find what's been overlooked. I take your full history, I ask the questions no one else thought to ask, and I build a plan around your body, not a template. And I'll be honest with you from our first conversation about how I can help, because your time and your hope are too precious to waste.

When you're preparing for a transfer or retrieval, I make myself available seven days a week, because I know how much those days matter. When you walk into my office, you're not a chart number. You're someone I'm walking this road with.

If any of this sounds like what you've been missing, let's talk.

“After years of trying, multiple IUIs, and two unsuccessful IVF cycles, we found Dr. Pam. She became such an important part of our journey. I truly believe acupuncture helped make our third IVF transfer a success. We'll always be grateful.” Sarah, Green Bay, WI

Common questions

Can I do this alongside my IVF or IUI?

Yes. I work right alongside your existing fertility care, and I'm available seven days a week around your transfers and retrievals.

What if we're trying naturally?

Wonderful. I support couples at every stage, from just starting to try, all the way through advanced treatment.

Do you support male factor infertility?

Absolutely. And here's something most couples aren't told: a "normal" semen analysis often just clears a baseline. Standard morphology criteria count 4% normal forms as the lower limit of normal, while many specialists consider closer to 14% optimal. That leaves real room to improve, and in my experience, men tend to respond very well to supportive care.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can schedule your first visit directly, online or by calling the office.

Where are you located?

2000 S Memorial Drive, Suite 103, Appleton, WI, serving the Fox Valley, Green Bay, Fond du Lac and beyond.

Let's take the first step, together.

Pick up the phone and let's talk about where you are and how I can help. New consultations each week are limited, so reach out today.

Individual results vary. Dr. Kososki provides supportive, whole-person care and does not replace the advice of your physician or reproductive specialist. Statements about acupuncture reflect general research and are not a guarantee of any outcome. Always consult your healthcare provider about your care.
